It has become increasingly clear that the old way of doing things is not enough. We’ve updated evaluations to bring you a comprehensive analysis of the piano for your use during purchase or sale.

General evaluation

This evaluation is done in the home and is best to get the overall idea of the state of any piano. Analysis of the soundboard, strings, pinblock and action will be completed and discussed in person, and finished within one hour. (this service is best for clients looking to receive a free piano or any entry level piano. If we visit a piano for the first time and find that it is untunable, this is the service we provide)

We provide the same evaluation and analysis of the soundboard, strings, pinblock and action, but provide a written account of such and will share a Google Photos album for reference. We will also make recommendations for future service that will include a multitude of options to fit your budget and needs.

This service is necessary for those looking to purchase or sell a piano but will also need expert advice for pricing, negotiations and in-depth future restoration. Current market analysis, historical pricing and insider tips from local dealerships is all used to get you the best and most fair price possible for your dream piano or during the sale of an instrument.
